Skye – The Cuillin.

The Island of Skye is a landscape photographer’s paradise. It has an amazing variety of dramatic scenery and some of its iconic locations must rank high in the league of the world’s most photographed locations. It is situated at the edge of the North Atlantic’s moist SW weather bringing low cloud, gales and high rainfall. This makes it a photographically challenging place and also a chance to match wild weather with wild scenery. The Cuillin Ridge may be low in stature compared with the world’s great ranges, but it is equally challenging and dangerous.
